Founded in 2002, Shing Fung Products Limited is specialized in plastic and mold designing, tools making, plastic manufacturing, spray painting, silk-screen printing, assembly etc. Our expertise and experience in mould designing, developing and production ability for plastic parts is quiet distinguished and we have two departments in China: Mould and Injection.
Mould Department¡ªShenzhen Jianyi Plastic Mould Limited ,which is located in Buji and it covers an area of about 5000 square meters, which is specialized in mould designing and manufacturing , precision and complex plastic mould . And it become a member of the standing director corporation of Shenzhen machinery association in China. We have advanced and precision equipments in mold designing and manufacturing; such as, OKK High Speed Machining Center, Charmille EDM, Sodick and precision Numerical Control Wire-Cut etc. and we can produce more than 500 sets of mould per year.
Injection Department¡ªshenzhen Nanho Huayi Plastics Products Limited,which is also located in Buji town in Shenzhen, and it spreads an areas of 20000 square meters, which is specialized in all kinds of precise and complex injection. We have two sets of Germany Arburg precision injection machines and nearly sixty injection machines between 80T and 500T, and our annual throughput can reach 5000T. In addition, we have a spray production line, tampo printing production line and silk screen printing production line. To complete products with quality finishing, we also have ultrasonic welding, foil print and heat transfer printing.
We have a strong technical Engineering Department: The Mould Department, 70% of the staffs are professional technicians in mold designing and manufacturing, all of them have great comprehensive quality in development and gain good command of PC skills, they are skillful in operating software, such as CAD/CAM/CAE¡¢AutoCAD¡¢PowerMILL¡¢UG¡¢Pro/Engineer¡¢Solidwords¡¢Moldflow,etc. To work systematically from cosmetics of products£¬analysis of injection runner,
